When you feel the time is right to welcome a puppy Into your family, you can add your details into our “Ready to Reserve” appointment categories at the bottom of this page
THE PROCESS
1. Choose the breed you are interested in - Cavapoo or Cavapoochon
2. Select the three-month window that best matches when you expect to be ready.
3. Complete the short form with your details (one person per household only).
please note -
This category is for people who are genuinely ready or close to ready in that timeframe.
All reservation appointment booking links will only be sent to the Ready to Reserve lists.
If you do not complete one of these forms, you will not receive booking links to make a reservation appointment.
Timeframe sections help us contact people in a sensible order, but they do not guarantee a puppy within a specific window.
• We look at the relevant breed + timeframe list.
• We email those families with a booking link to book a reservation visit.
• Bookings are made online using a link and we do this on a first-come, first-served basis from within that timeframe group.
By the time you receive a reservation appointment email, we need you to -
• already know that a puppy from us is the right choice for you
• be comfortable with our ethics, breeding practices and pricing
• be in a position to book an appointment promptly if the timing works.
If you still have lots of questions, are unsure about your timing, or are not yet certain that you’re ready to reserve, please use our “Puppy Notification List” instead. This helps us keep appointment emails focused on families who are truly ready to proceed and avoids taking up appointment slots.
At your reservation visit you will
Meet the litter of puppies along with Mum & Dad
We talk you through the health testing and the puppy socialisation program and we are here to answer any questions you may have.
If you choose to reserve, you we will send over a reservation form to complete along with this, we ask for a further payment of £275 which is a total deposit of £300 with the £25 booking fee included.
Our reservation appointments are 45 minute time slots
After your reservation visit, you will receive:

A comprehensive document with everything you need to know about your puppy, including:
🐾 A copy of ”The Puppy Plan”
A really useful step-by-step plan to help you prepare for bringing your puppy home and to understand the science behind this amazing programme.
🐾 Weekly “Pupdates”
Once a week, you’ll receive updates as your puppy grows and works through The Puppy Plan.
A NOTE ABOUT WAITING & ETHICS
Our breeding plans are based on doing what is right for our dogs. We won’t “bend the rules” or increase the number of litters to reduce waiting times.
If you are choosing us because you value our ethics and the way we raise our puppies, an important part of that choice is being prepared to wait your turn. If you need something more immediate, we may not be the option for you
If we reach the end of your selected timeframe and you haven’t been able to reserve a puppy, you won’t lose your place with us.
• We will roll your details forward into the next suitable timeframe for your chosen breed Should you wish to continue on our our list
• You will be treated as a priority within that new timeframe when we release reservation appointments.
This is our way of recognising that you have already been waiting, while still keeping the process fair for everyone.
However, it’s important to understand that even with a rollover and priority, we still can’t guarantee a puppy in a specific timeframe. If there are more families than puppies available, there may still be a wait.
As your selected timeframe date approaches the end, our system will email everyone on the list, that hasn’t been offered a reservation booking to give you the option to continue waiting for the next available time slot. If we do not hear back from you, you will be removed from the list.
