If you’d like to hear when new litters arrive, simply register your details with us.
Our Puppy Notification Service keeps you up to date and makes the reservation process simple and ensures you never miss a litter!
Once you’ve registered your details, you’ll receive a welcome email confirming your registration
(sometimes this email may go into your junk folder, so it’s best to check there too!)
When a new litter arrives, we’ll send you An email that includes the following information -
our system will already have been adjusted to match the number of puppies in the litter. This means only that set number of reservation appointments will be available to book.
Once those appointments are filled, the booking system will close down and automatically direct you to enter your details onto the online waiting list, should you wish to do so. This way, if we have a cancellation, the system will automatically offer the available appointment to the first customer on the waiting list, ensuring a fair and efficient process for everyone.
Our reservation visits start from when the litter is 4 weeks of age.
During your reservation appointment, you’ll meet the litter of puppies, as well as both mum and dad. We’ll show you the parents’ health test and be happy to answer any questions you may have. You’ll also be guided through The Puppy Plan, so you can see how we prepare each puppy for their new home.
If you proceed with a reservation, we send you a copy of The Puppy Plan along with a detailed Puppy Information Email - everything you need to know (and more!) to prepare for your new arrival.
During the four weeks before your puppy comes home, you can use this time to read through the information and get ready for the big day. You’ll also receive a weekly “Pupdate”, sharing your puppy’s progress and development as they work through The Puppy Plan.
There will be a puppy available for you to choose from when you visit. However, we can’t guarantee a particular sex or colour, as this depends on when your appointment is scheduled and which puppies may have already been reserved. we do not hold puppies unless a reservation visit has taken place - this ensures the process is fair for everyone.
